RETURN AND REFUNDS
All items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless it is a faulity item.
FAULITY ITEMS
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to ensure a high level of quality.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please inform us by email or whatsapp within 3 days from the date you received it.
Once we agree this is a manufacturing fault, you may need to return the item to us, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

ALL PRODUCTS ARE PRE-ORDER ITEMS.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME WILL BE AROUND 20 WORKING DAYS.
We do not accept any urgent orders.

All orders are shipped via SF express.
Cash on delivery by SF express.
We offer free delivery to commercial address or any SF stations once purchased over HKD800.
Delivery to domestic address can be charged at your own cost which may add up to approx. HKD30 more.
Estimated delivery time is 3-7 days upon delivery confirmation.
Please refer to SF website for SF station code.

All orders are shipped via SF express.
Cash on delivery by SF express.
We offer free delivery once purchased over HKD1,200.
Estimated delivery time is 7-14 days upon delivery confirmation.
SF express may have an additional charge according their own policy.
